Embed Meals, Complexes, and Exercises in a website

You can use the data in your system and display it elsewhere, such as a website that doesn't require a log in.

Simple

In Complexes, Exercises, and Meals, you have the option to "Embed" the item elsewhere. Simply copy and paste the given code to your website and it'll work.

Advanced

If you want more control over how the item looks, you can access the JSON data directly via https://SUBDOMAIN.manage-fit.com/api/training/TYPE/ID, where SUBDOMAIN is your business's manage-fit subdomain, TYPE is the type of record you want (meal, exercise, or complex), and ID is the numeric ID of the item you want (it's the same as the embed URL only without the ?embed parameter). Use this with caution as supplied fields may change and as such is unsupported by us.
